Joleen is awesome! She helped us with carpet, LVP, lowering a bar in our kitchen to counter height, new granite countertop (only where the bar was lowered) along new backsplash in the kitchen. Joleen listened to what we wanted and never rushed us into a decision. She insisted on knowing we were happy with our choices before moving forward with any part of the project. She knew we wanted to keep our existing granite and cabinets which proved to be quite challenging when finding new countertop for the lowered bar and the backsplash (lots of movement in the granite and off white cabinets made it hard to coordinate). Joleen went above and beyond in helping us find something. She never gave up on us. The contractors/installers were great as well, especially the carpet installers and countertop installers.
